Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. Order Status

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. Automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided after an order has been placed. If you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order, please contact us.

There will only be an authorization(pending hold to guarantee funds) placed on your credit card, we do not complete charges until items are packaged and shipped. If you have paid with PayPal, funds will be captured immediately.

For each process of your order, an automated email will be provided. You will receive a shipping estimates and shipping confirmations with tracking information. In each automated confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation link. Your confirmation link can be accessed 24/7 and will have all current details and updates for your order. Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your packages transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact our customer service department.

Change / Modify An Order

You may request a change to your order if the request is made by the next day at 10:00am PST. If the request is made after this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM PST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 30% will apply. To request an order cancellation, CLICK HERE and select Order Cancellations.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?

Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 30% cancellation fee.

Refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. No partial shipping for international orders. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return form included on the backside of your invoice within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original manufacturer condition and packaging. Otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred
  • Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and California health laws, we are not allowed to resell any items that have been worn, tried on, or handled.
  • Promotions and coupon codes do not apply to exchange items. Any differences owed will be automatically charged to the original credit card used. If paid with PayPal a request for the difference will be sent.
  • Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be incurred.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, character’s line, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items. Any unauthorized items received will automatically incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for the item cost only.
  • Return fright charges are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  • Donating the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with for your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

Price Match Policy

At, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best selection of wigs available, but also our competitive prices. Thus, if you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the price at 110% of the difference.

  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. (We do not match email price quotes or print catalogs)
  • Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase at
  • Since we only sell new, unopened items, we will not match competitors’ clearance sales, special offers, coupon rebates, or prices on used / damaged / open-box items / Bid or Auction prices.
  • Price match does not apply to costume wigs, character’s line  or wig care accessories.
  • Price match cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
  • All sales final on price matched items. No exchanges allowed.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Any damages claimed after 10 days of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.
